About the Event
We will start the training day with a Fuse master class that is free and open to the public. You will then have time to clean up and/or change. From there, we will go through the Fuse formula, technique, choreography, and more! Make sure to bring a change of clothes & layers to say warm & cool as needed. We will take breaks as needed. You may bring snacks as well!
